Welcome to Solitude

Solitude is 70 acres of undeveloped land adjacent to the town of Dubois, Wyoming.  It has breathtaking views of the Dinwoody glacier area.  At this time there is new infrastructure of water services and electric services. We have a 5000 gallon water tank with space pre-built for another 5000 gallon tank designed to service the property's need for water in the future.  These tanks are fed by a 300 foot fresh water well, located on the property. As expected, this water has been tested, and is pure, clean drinking water.

There is a south access road in place off highway 287 and a north access road located at the north end of the property.  Across from the main access road on Highway 287 is the Dubois Medical Clinic and new public fitness center. 

This property is currently available for lease for a variety of development possibilities.  Surrounded by both BLM and National Forest Service Land, this property is guaranteed to have continued privacy and wide open spaces.  We are currently taking indications of interest for mobile home leases, both short- and long-term.
